Percival tips his head down, though his gaze doesn't leave Essek's as the man cradles his face. He's long told himself that he doesn't get lonely out here when he's like this, or if he does, it's only a matter of days. But he does, and it isn't. Carrying the knowledge of this curse is lonely, and even sharing the truth of it with Essek hadn't completely lifted that burden. Now, though, Essek has seen everything. Knows the full extent of what happens and how it effects Percy when he disappears.

As he listens, there is part of him that feels selfish. Essek has come to him in need and every fiber of his being wants to satisfy that, wants to do what he is meant to. And he is rather glad that a wolf cannot blush, because hearing Essek say I want you to fuck me is--well. The rush of blood is enough to make him feel dizzy and he cannot help a soft whimper. He lays down, attempting to hide the fact that his cock is starting to slide out of its sheath. Now that they're in a more enclosed space, all he can smell is Essek.

I want you. And even as he speaks into Essek's mind there is a frustrated growl in his voice. He's only been able to push his urges back for this long because getting his husband somewhere safe was paramount. But now that need has been seen to, and Essek is being very direct about his other needs. Percival shifts his weight and his fingers curl in the blankets, gripping tightly.

I don't want to hurt you.

That is his biggest concern, though he is starting to realize that his husband is a very determined man. Even as Percy tries to make his concern clear, there is a wave of feeling from him. His awareness of Essek's arousal and need, his bone-deep desire to take care of him in every way that he needs, to breed him even if nothing comes of it. Essek's insistent assertion seems to have let something off a leash and Percy is almost afraid of the intensity of it. But it feels right, too. And he tries to share all of that without overwhelming the wizard.

Undress. That sounds more like a command and Percy huffs a heavy breath, trying to rein that back in. Will you be cold if you take everything off?

The half wall that they're behind blocks wind, and between Percy's body heat and the fire the small space should warm up relatively quickly, but he still doesn't want Essek to get uncomfortable.
